Boom Chicago
Katie joined the cast of this famed comedy theater in January 2022. She performs weekly doing improv and sketch comedy. While at Boom, she has collaboratively created three original shows, including "The Good, The Bad, and the Algorithm," currently playing Thursdays and Saturdays. Katie's also gotten to share the stage with Boom alums and Dutch comedians, including Seth Meyers and Arjen Lubach.
Laugh Out Proud
Katie founded and hosts this night of performances by LGBTQIA+ performers on the first Thursday of every month. Standup, storytelling, drag, music- anything goes! Laugh Out Proud does it all, including a special XL version every Summer.
Everyone is invited to attend and get a healthy dose of queer joy.

Don't You Forget About Me
Katie was part of the cast of this improvised 80s teen movie inspired by classics like "The Breakfast Club" and "Fast Times at Ridgemont High."
It was a blast working on a narrative long-form piece with these radtacular improvisers. Hopefully there will be a sequel in 2026!
Comedy Catnip
Katie coached an ensemble of sketch comedy writer/performers in 2025. Under her guidance, they developed sketches through multiple rounds of feedback, punch ups, and improvisation.
Their debut show was held in November at CREA in Amsterdam, where Katie also helped run the lighting board.
